The training was very informative. As a 21-year-old young adult, the information distributed can certainly add value to my leadership role and personal life in the future. Once again thanks to the apex of training and development for giving me such an enlightening experience.

The course was very interesting and valuable, It afforded us the opportunity to Re-Energize, Re-Tool, and Re-Train our Leadership skills. To be effective leaders, ever so often we must engage in courses to re-build and re-think strategies as we gear with the daily interaction of people through the practical/virtual work.

I am very thankful that I was able to be a part of this seminar. It has taught me how best to communicate information, how we fail to properly communicate as leaders, the practices that ensure exemplary leadership, the importance of technology in today's world and how to manage and understand conflict.
It has caused me to look deeper into myself to see my areas that need improvement and refresh me in some areas. I do believe that organizations, businesses and churches should make this a priority to educate and train their personnel so that persons can better understand their role and be productive.

I am pleased to report that I have been positively impacted by your Re-tool and Retrain Workshop. The APEX of Training and Development has offered me, along with other members of our organization, the opportunity to be exposed to some necessary tools, designed to promote meaningful change in our service or performance, horizontally and vertically.

The Leadership and Communication aspect, confidently presented by Mrs. Garolyn Cornelius-Hector, provided me generally with an adequate and excellent number of tips to enhance my leadership and communication skills, necessary for the organization’s viability. Through Garolyn’s reasoned and frank discussions, she captivated my attention – whereby I was able to view leadership-related situations from a different and more transparent, practical and fair perspective.

The Conflict Management area, presented by Mr. Thomas Holmes, was very informative and held my interest throughout. He fluently imparted fresh and valuable conflict management insights, while allowing for adequate group interaction.

Consequently, I am considering a paradigm shift, post haste, to the benefit of my organization, community, home and myself.

My name is Adonis Browne from St. Kitts-Nevis. I attended the Apex of Training and Development Re-energize, Re-tool and Re-train for Success Seminar in May. All sessions were very informative. However, I must make special mention of the Mental Health and Events Planning sessions. These two sessions were first time for me and I really enjoyed both facilitators in the way they presented. My experience with the Apex of Training and Development was very educational, rewarding and eye opening. Well presented with easy to follow guidelines. The Apex of Training and Development seminar was quite detailed, informative, interactive and at no point was it boring. I learned quite a lot. I appreciate the fact that persons can comfortably share some of their experiences and actually get options for resolutions. I honestly liked everything!
I didn't know what to expect as this is my first online class, but at no point was any session not interesting. It had information that I was not aware of. Overall it was a learning experience. I will definitely be doing more courses with the Apex of Training and Development.

I had the opportunity to do the Leadership and Change Management course with the Apex of Training and Development. It was a very good course, I learnt a lot and it helps me to motivate and deal with my coworkers in a different way. My two facilitators Dr. Barry Casimir and Mrs. Cherry-Ann Hodge did a tremendous job with breaking down complexed information so that we could understand. This was my first time attending an online class and I wondered how effective it would be. It blew my expectation. The instructors at the Apex of Training and Development were very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information that targets the core value of each courses, along with providing scenarios to help deliver a real-life interpretation/experience. Apex of Training and Development has some real good selection of courses that can assist persons greatly in different aspects. I have enrolled in two sets of training thus far and I think the seminars were conducted at really high standards. I commend the presenters and the entire apex staff for putting together such magnitude of courses to assist in building awareness and performance in persons minds. I am very pleased with the effectiveness of the training and I will enrol in other seminars and training sessions once they become available.
