Recruitment, Selection and Orientation is more than interviewing, hiring or filling a vacancy; it is a function of human resources that is grounded in a blend of theory and application. This course will examine the role of recruitment, selection and orientation in relation to an organization’s overall profitability and viability. The course introduces students to a wide range of issues, principles, practices and trends in recruitment, selection and orientation.
COURSE METHOD
Learning will occur through online interaction with course facilitator and peers, self-study, and the resources provided. There will be robust discussions that will enhance thought about the practice of recruitment, selection and orientation in your organization. Additionally, participants will be required to be critical thinkers in the online discussion that will form part of their assessment. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate.
