COURSE OVERVIEW

This course will expose participants to current principles and concepts of leadership. The participants will be led through a process of self-analysis and examination of their leadership styles and the leadership roles that they play in their various positions. In addition, the participants will examine the unique role leaders’ play in developing and managing effective teams in the modern organization. The Leadership and Change Management in the 21st Century course is expected to enhance trust, improve communication, and establish a positive climate within the organization. It is also expected to champion change in the contemporary workplace while at the same time navigating through multi-generational and diverse teams. In the end, this course will build bridges of understanding in chaotic environments.

COURSE METHOD

Leadership and Change Management is an e-learning-oriented instructor-led professional development program. Participants will need access to a computer, a stable Internet connection, web camera, mouse and basic computer literacy. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate.
