Interviews are an integral part of work-life. For the interviewee, it is about securing a job, and for the interviewer, it is the process of identifying the most suitable candidate for the organization or business. Learners will explore interviewing from both perspectives. Through group discussion and research, learners will consider various interviewing techniques, learn to design interviews tailored to specific needs, and explore preparation methods for interviews.
COURSE METHOD
Learning will occur through online interaction with instructor and peers, self-study, and the use of resources provided. Participants are encouraged to share their thoughts, perspective and experiences for the benefit of all. The diverse activities used in this course are designed to enable participants to evaluate and apply the principles learned in their decision-making processes. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate.
