This course is designed to give participants an appreciation and understanding of the role of human resource management in an organization’s workforce, through the design and implementation of effective human resources policies and procedures.
COURSE METHOD

There will be robust discussions that will enhance participants understanding of human resource management in their organization. Additionally, you will be required to be critical thinkers in the online discussion that will form part of their assessment.
