Effective communication is one of the most important skills needed in the world of work. Therefore, successfully being able to convey ideas and information to others clearly, concisely, and effectively is essential. There are many ways to achieve this goal, which we will be covering throughout the duration of the course.
COURSE METHOD
Effective communication is an e-learning-oriented instructor-led professional development program. Participants will need access to a computer, a stable Internet connection, a Google account (to use Google Meets), a web camera, a mouse, and basic computer literacy. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate.
