COURSE OVERVIEW

With the inability to predict the future given the global COVID-19 pandemic, organizations must be better able to navigate through this dynamic business environment. Therefore, this programme is expected to equip leaders with the necessary insights and practical skills to navigate difficult situations before, during and after a crisis occurs. This course will allow participants to engage in self-directed learning, grounded in disruption response theory and psychology. Participants will also learn how to understand better and address their own cognitive biases, communicate efficiently through difficult times, restore trust with key stakeholders, draw meaningful conclusions from previous disruptive events and prepare for potential future setbacks. Throughout the program, you will analyse crises of various origins and in various industries. You will prepare your crisis response plan to help your organization cope with uncertainty and rebound in a post-crisis new normal.
