COURSE OVERVIEW

Dealing with others is not always easy. We will show how to overcome this challenge and be more successful with all the people you interact with. You will learn how to build business relationships based on trust and create a more positive and productive work environment. 

This course was designed to provide training in team building and fostering trust among employees and volunteers. This course will teach powerful trust-building skills which will propel employees along the path to career success and personal achievement. Building team trust can lead to higher productivity within the organisation while also pushing staff to work more effectively with their supervisors, co-workers or subordinates, while simultaneously establishing one’s leadership potential.

COURSE METHOD

This course involves reading, online interaction among participants, video lectures and short assignments. There will be an integration of active and participatory learning approaches within activities, and assignments with an emphasis on reflective and collaborative learning. Participants will need access to a computer, a stable Internet connection, web camera, mouse and basic computer literacy. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate.
